Key Responsibilities:
• Support IT fit-out for the new plant and infrastructures
• Act as first responder for network and server issues
• Configure and manage user accounts in Active Directory




• Provide onsite helpdesk support for office and shop-floor staff

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of IT support experience
• Diploma in IT or related field
• Proficient in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Cisco networking
