Your primary duties will include evaluating prescriptions, ensuring safe dispensing, and supporting chronic disease therapies. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess prescriptions for appropriateness and safety
• Develop and implement patient-centered health plans
• Prepare, dispense, and counsel patients on medications




• Manage chronic disease therapies and substance treatment
• Supervise pharmacy staff for optimal service delivery

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy essential
• Valid license from Alberta College of Pharmacy
• Authorization for Drug Administration by Injection needed
• Effective Vulnerable Sector Check required
• Patient care experience preferred
