We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused

Insurance Advisor

to join our team in Lanford, BC. The ideal candidate holds a Level 2 Insurance Licence in British Columbia and has experience providing insurance advice, building client relationships, and delivering excellent service. This is a full‑time, in‑office position offering the opportunity to build a long‑term career in the insurance industry while working directly with clients and a supportive team. Key Responsibilities

Provide skilled insurance advice and solutions based on clients’ individual needs. Discuss coverage options, policy features, and insurance requirements with clients. Prepare quotes, applications, renewals, endorsements, and other policy documentation. Develop and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships. Identify opportunities to meet clients’ evolving insurance needs. Process policy changes and provide ongoing service and support. Ensure all activities comply with applicable insurance regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate client records and documentation.



Collaborate with team members to provide a high level of customer service. Stay current with insurance products, industry practices, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications

Level 2 General Insurance Licence Previous insurance experience is an asset. Solid customer service and communication skills. Ability to assess client needs and explain insurance products clearly. Robust attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team. Professional, reliable, and client-focused approach. Comfortable working in an office environment. Compensation
