Contribute to the advancement of regional water infrastructure as a Project Engineer in Durham. This role is focused on overseeing vital water supply and sanitary sewerage projects.

You will report to the Manager of the Engineering Support Division and manage a variety of engineering tasks including pilot projects and studies. The position entails collaboration with junior engineers and technical assistants, ensuring effective project management and adherence to regional guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage engineering design for water supply projects
• Write and evaluate proposals for contractors
• Develop forecasts for Capital Works budgeting
• Lead innovative engineering studies in water management
• Provide expert technical advice on operational issues

Requirements:
• Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• Licensed as a Skilled Engineer in Ontario
• Significant experience in municipal engineering
• Proficient with MS Office applications
• Valid Class 'G' Driver's License
