You will work with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable designs, configure workflows, and enhance Employee Center and Service Portal experiences.
The role requires hands-on ServiceNow admin experience, ITSM knowledge, and experience with AI-enabled self-service, Flow Designer, and IntegrationsHub.
