With over 5 years of accounting experience, you will handle QuickBooks Online for payables, receipts, and monthly reports. This sole charge role reports directly to the President & CEO, ensuring accurate payroll, bank reconciliations, and detailed financial statements. Your meticulous attention to detail will be vital in managing trust accounting for insolvency engagements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full cycle accounting processes in QuickBooks Online
• Conduct trust accounting for insolvency cases in Aryza Insolv




• Oversee bank reconciliations for all corporate accounts
• Prepare semi-monthly payroll and financial statements
• Supervise a Junior Accountant to maintain accuracy

Requirements:
• Business degree or diploma in accounting
• 5-10 years of full cycle accounting experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
• Ability to work independently with discretion
• Satisfactory criminal record check eligibility
