FedEx is offering a summer program where you run your own business. The 8-month SWMP runs winter through fall, giving you hands-on general management experience with a real P&L; to manage. You’ll build a crew, hire, train, and lead a team that serves real customers.
You’ll work part time during the first semester and full time in the summer, with average earnings during the first year of CAD 27k–29k.
