Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities
Assist with financial reporting and support the Director of Finance with ad-hoc analysis
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of accounting processes
Contribute to process improvements and system efficiencies

Qualifications:
3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
Robust knowledge of journal entries and month-end procedures
CPA designation or working toward it is an asset, not a requirement.
Non-profit experience is an advantage but not mandatory
