As a Facilities Labourer, you will directly impact the efficiency of site operations by managing service requests and performing various repair tasks. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond efficiently to client service requests through CMMS
• Execute repairs including painting and flooring maintenance
• Support building equipment upkeep and outdoor work




• Oversee refreshment supplies and facilitate material relocation
• Carry out general labor duties such as snow removal
Requirements:
• 1-2 years’ experience in building operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Capable of performing inspections and repairs
• Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines independently
