For over 180 years, the YMCA has dedicated itself to community well-being. In this role, you will oversee camp programs, assist the Camper Care Manager, and ensure that counselors have the training and resources they need. Your ability to foster positive relationships will enhance both camper and staff experiences, promoting a cooperative spirit at the camp.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee diverse camp programming and evening events
• Support counselors in their planning and delivery




• Address in-cabin camper concerns with empathy
• Train, evaluate, and mentor counseling staff
• Coordinate counselor schedules and participate in programming
Requirements:
• At least 18 years old
• 2+ years’ summer camp experience
• Supervisory experience in camp settings
• Current Standard First Aid and CPR-C
• Knowledge of program planning and camp standards
