About the Role Our client is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Remote E-commerce Performance Analyst to join their fully remote team. This critical role involves diving deep into data to uncover insights that drive strategic decision-making and optimize the performance of their online business. You will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key metrics across all digital channels, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations to improve sales, conversions, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the e-commerce business, including website traffic, conversion rates, sales, customer acquisition cost, and customer lifetime value.
Utilize data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, BI platforms) to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to customer behavior and sales performance.
Develop dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and communicate findings to stakeholders across the organization.
Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize website elements, marketing campaigns, and user journeys.




Provide data-driven recommendations to improve marketing strategies, product offerings, and overall customer experience.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to implement performance improvements.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, Marketing, or a related quantitative field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst , Performance Analyst, or similar role within an e-commerce environment.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, Excel, and BI software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights.
Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting findings and recommendations in a fully remote setting.
