About the Role Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Adventure Tourism Planner to design and coordinate unique and exciting travel experiences centered around adventure activities in and around Kimberley . This role involves researching destinations, curating itineraries, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of tours for clients seeking thrilling and immersive adventures. You will play a key role in promoting the region's adventure tourism potential, working with local operators and service providers to deliver exceptional and safe experiences. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and price innovative adventure tour packages and itineraries.
Research and vet potential destinations, activities, and local service providers to ensure quality and safety standards.
Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with hotels, transportation providers, guides, and activity operators.
Manage tour bookings, client inquiries, and provide pre-trip information and support.




Create marketing materials and promotional content to attract adventure travelers.
Ensure all tours comply with safety regulations, environmental best practices, and client expectations.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Geography, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in tour planning, destination management, or travel operations, preferably with a focus on adventure tourism.
Strong knowledge of adventure activities, destinations, and the tourism industry.
Excellent organizational, negotiation, and supplier management skills.
Proficiency in travel booking systems and marketing software.
