Key Responsibilities Conduct research and experimental work to develop new chemical formulations and processes.

Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in chemical R&D; or process development.
Strong understanding of chemical kinetics, reaction engineering, and separation processes.
Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment and pilot plant operations.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, with excellent remote collaboration skills.
Proficiency in statistical analysis and process modeling tools is an advantage.
