In this vital role, you will lead nursing and personal care teams, ensuring compliance with Ministry regulations and providing exceptional service to residents. Your leadership will guide front-line staff and enhance resident experiences through individualized care plans and effective communication with families and physicians. This position has a focus on patient-centered service within a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead nursing staff in resident care delivery
• Supervise and support front-line healthcare teams




• Communicate effectively with residents and families
• Administer medications according to care plans
• Complete individual care assessments regularly

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• 2 years’ experience in long-term care preferred
• Robust leadership and communication skills
