Key Responsibilities:
• Direct day-to-day operations and client service delivery
• Implement quality improvement strategies and ensure compliance




• Facilitate assessments and develop service plans
• Lead the recruitment and development of staff
• Track service outcomes and compliance metrics

Requirements:
• Over 5 years in clinical management roles
• Proven experience in healthcare team leadership
• Relevant healthcare degree or equivalent experience
• Active registration with a healthcare regulatory body
• Current Standard First Aid/CPR and WHMIS certifications
