As Principal, you will oversee a pioneering Ukrainian-English bilingual program that nurtures language proficiency and cultural appreciation in students from Kindergarten to Grade 4, with plans to extend to K-9. Your leadership will ensure the delivery of comprehensive educational experiences rooted in Comprehensible Input pedagogy, while cultivating a cooperative school culture among staff and students alike.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor instruction quality and student performance
• Recruit and support teaching and administrative staff
• Develop engaging bilingual curriculum and resources




• Communicate effectively with parents about school initiatives
• Prepare budgets for program efficacy and resource allocation

Requirements:
• Five years of classroom teaching with an Alberta Teaching Certificate
• 3-5 years of administrative or leadership experience
• Certification in Alberta Leadership Quality Standard or willingness to obtain
