You will engage in daily living activities, reporting safety concerns, and maintaining patient records while collaborating with experienced healthcare professionals. This part time position offers up to 22.5 hours a week with varied shifts including days, evenings, and nights.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist patients with daily living activities and personal care
• Perform tasks assigned by registered nurses in compliance with standards




• Communicate basic information according to care plans
• Ensure a safe environment by reporting unsafe conditions
• Maintain patient records and progress notes as required

Requirements:
• Current registration with Health and Supportive Care Providers
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
• Behavioral management training is an asset
• Ability to perform moderate physical exertion regularly
• Previous acute care or rehab experience preferred
