What are your contributions to the team? Planning and organizing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance work;
Coordinating work with external contractors;
Preparing work for summer and winter plant shutdowns;




Monitoring the backlog of planned work;
Compiling performance indicators and preparing reports;
Maintaining maintenance schedules;
Coordinating planning meetings with multidisciplinary teams;
Coordinating machine shutdowns with the appropriate departments;
Representing the maintenance department in meetings related to upcoming maintenance activities.
How to thrive in this role? Good knowledge of written and spoken French;
College diploma in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, logistics, planning, or a related field;
5–8 years of experience in a maintenance environment;
Solid Excel skills and general computer proficiency;
Asset: Knowledge of Maximo (CMMS);
Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and take initiative to improve processes.
