Support a friendly environment at Fit4Less as a Customer Service Host. Engage with members while ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout the club for all users.
In this role, you will create a welcoming atmosphere while performing daily cleaning and maintenance tasks. The Host is instrumental in delivering exceptional membership service and promoting Fit4Less amenities. You will not only assist with day-to-day operations but also ensure the gym's cleanliness and safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness according to Fit4Less standards
• Engage with members during cleaning tasks
• Promote amenities and Black Card memberships
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly task checklists
• Report any deficiencies and ensure timely resolutions
Requirements:
• High school diploma or in progress
• 1-year teamwork experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• First Aid, CPR-A & AED Certification
• Ability to handle pressure and stay organized
