In this role, you'll ensure fair issuance of driver licences while assessing applicants' identity documents. You'll be responsible for excellent customer service delivery, managing essential licensing processes and conducting vision tests. Your contributions help maintain high standards in driver safety and regulatory compliance at the DriveTest Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate eligibility for various classes of licences
• Provide assistance for Driver Examination services
• Conduct vision testing and knowledge assessments
• Schedule road tests and issue temporary licences
• Investigate and rectify driver record issues
Requirements:
• Completion of Customer Service Agent training program
• GED or high school diploma required
• Valid Ontario Class G driver’s licence
• Two years of excellent customer service experience
• Intermediate computer skills necessary
