Work Model: 5 days/week in office

We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join the core engineering team and help build the financial infrastructure powering high-volume, mission-critical transactions .
Must Haves: 8+ years of backend engineering experience
3 + years of experience in fintech, payments, or financial technology
Strong experience with Node.js/NestJS, TypeScript & PostgreSQL
Experience with ledger systems, double-entry bookkeeping, or financial data modeling
Proven experience scaling backend systems handling high transaction volumes
Experience with GCP — Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub, Cloud Run
Experience integrating financial/payment APIs
Familiarity with PCI DSS, SOC 2 , or similar regulatory frameworks
Nice to Have Real-time payments or instant settlement experience
Experience in a high-growth fintech setting
