C.H. Guenther is looking for a Safety and Environmental Compliance Leader to enhance workplace safety and compliance across operations. This role focuses on fostering an EHS culture while adhering to safety regulations like OSHA and EPA.

In this essential position, you will lead the integration of EHS protocols and continuous performance improvement. Your focus includes training employees, conducting audits, and maintaining compliance with local and federal regulations. Collaborating with management and regulatory bodies ensures a productive and safe working setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate compliance with OSHA and EPA standards
• Develop and lead EHS training initiatives
• Analyze and communicate EHS performance data




• Improve EHS procedures and manage workplace risks
• Engage with safety teams to identify improvements

Requirements:
• 5+ years of EHS experience with a Bachelor’s degree preferred
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations
• Manufacturing experience is advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and EHS management systems
