As a key leader reporting to the Superintendent, Process Maintenance, you'll oversee all aspects of maintenance activities. This includes shutdown management, schedule execution, trades supervision, and fostering operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong mentorship abilities and collaboration skills, effectively balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead shutdown ownership and management activities
• Manage daily and weekly maintenance schedules




• Supervise maintenance employees and contractors on site
• Collaborate with planners and coordinators for work execution
• Conduct safety meetings and performance evaluations

Requirements:
• Valid Journeyperson's ticket or engineering degree
• Experience in planning and executing maintenance work
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite®
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
