HelloFresh Canada is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the Onboarding squad, guiding recent customers from first delivery to habitual, high-value subscriptions. You’ll own end-to-end onboarding across web and app, including post-checkout, subscription management, and CRM-triggered touchpoints.
You will build and scale the Next Best Action framework with ML-powered personalization, aligning diverse squads and tribes to a unified onboarding strategy and north-star metrics.
