Summary The Senior Client Advisor delivers outstanding customer service, exceeds sales goals, and mentors sales associates. The role builds an exceptional client experience through product knowledge and operational foresight.
Responsibilities
Provide elevated customer service and achieve sales goals.
Share product knowledge and support an outstanding client experience.
Mentor and advise sales associates.
Use POS and inventory management systems effectively.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Robust communication, interpersonal, organizational, and digital skills.
Collaborative, goal-oriented approach and ability to advise a team.
Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and work versatile schedule, including some nights, weekends, and holidays.
Foreign language skills are a plus.
