As a key member of the Vancouver team, you will report to the Operations Engineering Manager. Your role involves developing manufacturing processes and custom production assembly/test equipment. You will ensure a safe manufacturing environment and drive timely delivery of high-quality products to enhance Dometic's reputation in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead core manufacturing quality and risk-management documentation
• Assess production assembly and test process requirements
• Design and implement production equipment and processes
• Prepare detailed production documentation including drawings




• Champion continuous improvement initiatives and current product launches

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical or Automation Engineering
• Over 5 years experience in automated equipment development
• Proficient in 3D CAD modeling with Creo and GD&T;
• Strong PLC programming skills and sensor integration
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
