Embark on a fulfilling career as a Community Support Worker with Island Crisis Care Society in a night shift schedule. You will provide essential life skills training and emotional support to vulnerable adults.

This role focuses on creating a therapeutic workplace while assisting clients with personal care, daily activities, and overall independence. You will work Tuesday to Saturday from 11 PM to 7 AM, contributing to the mission of providing shelter and care without judgment. Join a team that emphasizes compassion, integrity, and community connection.

Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in assessments and goal setting for clients
• Assist with life skills training and personal care
• Facilitate client-focused activities per care plans




• Provide emotional support to residents and families
• Prepare meals and handle dietary needs when required

Requirements:
• Diploma in a related human/social service field
• One year of recent related experience
• Standard First Aid and CPR-C certification
• Successful Criminal Record Review for Vulnerable people
• Knowledge of substance use disorders and mental health challenges
