In this full-time role, you'll ensure customer satisfaction through effective service and proper handling of parts inquiries. Your contributions will include processing purchases, managing stock, and supporting service technicians. A strong knowledge base will be essential, supported by training in various equipment brands.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with their parts needs effectively
• Process parts transactions using Point of Rental software
• Supply parts as needed to technicians
• Verify incoming shipments according to orders
• Keep the parts department organized and stocked

Requirements:
• Journeyman Parts Technician certification preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent detail orientation and organization skills
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs
