Our client is currently hiring a Warehouse Operations Manager for a full-time leadership chance. This role is ideal for experienced professionals with backgrounds in warehouse management, inventory control, distribution operations, workforce planning, logistics, and continuous improvement.
Pay Rate: $75000-$100000/ year

Responsibilities: Warehouse Leadership Lead, coach, and develop warehouse employees and supervisors.
Drive productivity, KPI performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support workforce planning and daily operational execution.
Inventory & Operations Manage inbound receiving activities and inventory accuracy.
Oversee cycle counts and annual inventory processes.
Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and workflow efficiency.
Monitor operational performance and implement improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Customer Service, Logistics, Purchasing, IT,



and Inventory teams.
Support operational priorities and ensure service expectations are met.
Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee facility maintenance programs and vendor relationships.
Manage external contractors and building-related activities.
Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 5 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience.
Strong background in warehouse operations, inventory control, and workforce planning.
Experience monitoring KPIs and driving operational performance.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Experience with AS400 is considered an asset.
Forklift certification is considered an asset.
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
