Technical Sr Developer: Guidewire InsuranceNow (ACX)
Core Responsibilities
Serve as a Senior InsuranceNow developer responsible for developing and supporting InsuranceNow configurations and customizations. Collaborate with cross functional teams in developing and delivering changes requested.

Technical

Serve as the technical developer for all ACX INOW configuration and enhancements

Lead configuration and implementation of rate filings, product versions, and underwriting rule changes, claims and billing updates

Provide analysis and solutioning for new features and system enhancements

Ensure solutions align with architecture, security, and integration standards

Own technical quality across development lifecycle

InsuranceNow Expertise

Deep hands-on configuration within Guidewire InsuranceNow (ACX)

Experience with:

Claims and Billing

Ratebook & pricing configuration

Product model changes

State-specific filings

Business rules and forms configuration

Ability to assess impacts of product changes across jurisdictions

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with:

Product Management & Business Analysts

Business stakeholders

QA & Release Management

Architecture & Security

Translate business requirements into technically sound configurations

Challenge unclear requirements with confidence and clarity

Delivery & Quality Ownership

Review designs, configuration changes, and code

Guide defect remediation strategy

Support UAT and production readiness

Ensure release quality and stability

Establish and enforce unit testing standards for all relevant code changes

Total compensation
We regularly assess market data to ensure we offer a competitive compensation package for our associates. The base salary for this position ranges between $75000–$100000 per year. Where the successful candidate may fall within the range depends on relevant education, work and/or management experience and other business-related and job-necessary qualifications. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual performance-based bonus, as well as benefits that support your physical, mental and financial wellbeing
