Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze contracts and business initiatives for tax implications
• Oversee compliance with international tax laws and treaties
• Coordinate tax filings and ensure timely submissions
• Engage with external auditors during statutory audits
• Prepare comprehensive tax documentation and reconciliations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of tax-related experience
• CPA designation is an asset
• Technical knowledge of Canadian tax principles
• Solid skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
