We are seeking an experienced

Tool and Die Maker (midnight shift)

for our preferred client in metal stamping operations in a manufacturing setting. This is a hands‑on role focused on building, maintaining, and repairing production tooling to support safe, efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

Fabricate, assemble, and repair tools, dies, and fixtures

Perform precision machining using manual equipment (mills, lathes, grinders)

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Maintain and troubleshoot production tooling to minimize downtime

Inspect and test tooling to ensure quality and performance standards are met

Support tooling improvements and modifications

Follow all safety procedures and standards





Operate overhead crane as required

Requirements

Licensed Tool and Die Maker

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing workplace

Robust experience with manual machining equipment

Ability to read blueprints and schematics

Experience in steel blanking or metal stamping preferred

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Salary:

$46.35/hour + shift premium + bi yearly bonus
