Key Responsibilities:
• Review and inspect blast plans and conditions
• Load and prime blast holes per operational needs
• Conduct pre-blast safety assessments before charges




• Maintain accurate records and manage explosive materials
• Engage in toolbox discussions and daily hazard assessments

Requirements:
• Minimum blasting experience in civil or highway contexts
• Certification from Saskatchewan or equivalent province preferred
• Willing to work outdoors in all weather
• Strong communication with supervisory personnel
• Capable of passing all pre-employment screenings
