What You Will Do

Provide up to date communication and photos to Production Manager regarding status of work

Determine category of water loss

Manage on site emergency response tasks such as water pumping, removal of drywall, mitigation, drying etc.





Extract water using truck mounts and portable pumps

Work collaboratively with Content and Hazmat crews

Set up necessary drying equipment as per industry protocols

Clean and sanitize structures

Monitor drying process and adjust/remove equipment as required

Refer any questions from property owners or adjusters to the Project Manager

Fill out and submit necessary paperwork related to each job in a timely fashion

Ensure work sites are kept safe and clean of debris upon completion of job

Work within an On Call rotation for after-hours emergencies

What You Have

Clean Criminal Record Check

Valid BC Class 5 Drivers License

Superior customer service skills and utmost professionalism with clients

Able to communicate effectively in English

Able to work alone or with minimal supervision

Able to lift industrial fans

Able to load/unload wheeled industrial dehumidifiers

Knowledge of construction and basic building materials

Secure use of power tools and hand tools

Water Damage Technician experience is an asset
