Build a Community of People Who Want to Make a Difference
The Company
Our client is a growing BC-based nonprofit organization focused on improving food security for children and families across the province.
Its work is powered by a broad community of volunteers, schools, corporate partners, donors, and community organizations who come together every week to support the delivery of essential programs.
With continued growth comes an opportunity to build a more sophisticated approach to volunteer and community engagement - creating the systems, experiences, and opportunities that allow more people to meaningfully participate in the mission.

You’ll also lead the development of a youth-focused engagement initiative that connects volunteering with education, philanthropy, and community action, while expanding the organization’s presence through events, outreach, and supporter engagement.
