Reporting to the Manager Services and Supports, your focus will be on providing exceptional care and support for individuals diagnosed with ASD. You'll need a proactive approach to fostering social skills, ensuring medication administration, and addressing personal fulfillment objectives in an inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Train individuals in essential social skills and leisure activities
• Develop strategies to overcome obstacles to quality of life




• Administer medications as per established procedures
• Follow all Behavioral and Crisis Protocols as required
• Nurture positive engagement with families and support networks

Requirements:
• Human Services Diploma or related experience
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
• Capability to physically assist adults with ASD
• Valid G2 Driver’s License, reliable vehicle access
• Willingness to complete NVCI certification training
