Junior Licensed Residential Property Manager
RIF Realty (Rent It Furnished) is a technology-forward luxury rental and property management company with offices in Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal, and Ottawa. Since 2009, we have grown to represent more than 5,000 rental properties across Canada.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Licensed Junior Property Manager to join our Yaletown team. This is an excellent chance for someone early in their property management career who wants hands‑on experience, mentorship, and room to grow.

The Role
You will work closely with and be mentored by a Senior Property Manager, supporting a larger portfolio of furnished and unfurnished properties while gradually building and managing a smaller portfolio of your own.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with day‑to‑day property management and client service

Coordinating move‑ins, move‑outs, inspections, maintenance, and service requests

Communicating with owners, tenants, strata managers, and vendors

Assisting with tenancy matters and case management

Managing a small and growing portfolio of your own

Attending property and client appointments throughout Vancouver

We are looking for someone who is positive, accountable, tech‑savvy, organized, and a strong problem solver . You should enjoy working with people, communicate professionally, and be eager to learn and build a long‑term career in property management.

Requirements:

BC Rental Property Management Licence

Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle

Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Ability to work from our Yaletown office and attend appointments throughout Vancouver

Some flexibility for occasional after‑hours or weekend appointments, particularly around month‑end

Previous residential property management experience is an asset, but training and mentorship are provided
