Handle resales, new construction, strata, and commercial transactions
Prepare and review purchase and sale agreements, transfers, mortgages, and related documents
Conduct title searches and address encumbrances or defects
Prepare statements of adjustments, trust reconciliations, and reporting letters
Coordinate with clients, realtors, lenders, notaries, and the Land Title Office

What You Bring 3+ years of hands-on BC conveyancing experience in a law firm or notary office
Strong knowledge of BC real estate law, Land Title Act, and Property Transfer Tax
Experience with residential, new construction, strata, and commercial transactions
Proficiency with E-Convey, GoVeyance, or similar BC conveyancing software
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload
Law Clerk or Licensed Paralegal designation is an asset
