Key Responsibilities
Application Development

Design, develop, test, and debug full stack applications

Build scalable, high-performance cloud-native web applications

Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end interfaces

Ensure responsive and accessible UI implementation (WCAG/AODA compliance)

Work with relational and NoSQL databases

Design and implement solution architecture

Create UML models and technical design documentation

Translate business requirements into technical specifications

Ensure applications are optimized for speed, scalability, and performance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery

Contribute to development estimates and technical decisions

Testing & Quality Assurance

Support unit testing, automation testing, and regression testing

Participate in QA activities including performance, security, and accessibility testing

Assist in defect management and resolution

DevOps & Deployment

Support CI/CD pipeline implementation and maintenance

Work with Git-based source control and branching strategies

Assist in deployment and release management

Support & Maintenance

Develop operational and release documentation

Support knowledge transfer and post-implementation activities
