Lead health, safety, and wellness initiatives as a Hybrid Manager at our agency. This full-time role emphasizes building a positive workplace culture for enhanced employee health and inclusion.

You will manage the design and execution of health and wellness programs across departments, ensuring adherence to relevant health legislation. Your leadership will foster collaboration, address safety challenges, and evolve employee inclusion strategies, all while promoting overall well-being within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement health initiatives that engage employees
• Lead compliance efforts concerning health and safety regulations
• Utilize data analysis to assess health and safety trends




• Manage workplace illness/injury claims and ensure return to work processes
• Facilitate employee training and wellness communications

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in HR with a focus on workplace wellness
• Robust understanding of WSIB processes and health legislation
• Experience in a unionized environment is preferred
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven team leadership skills in a diverse work environment
