As a key member of the IT department, this full time role entails hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You'll manage platform operations, ensure optimal system health, and provide functional configuration support across core modules. Working effectively with our F&O; developer, you will prioritize user communication and training as part of enhancing business intelligence reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer D365 F&O; platform, managing security and environment health
• Coordinate Microsoft upgrade releases with testing and validation




• Triaging support tickets and maintaining documentation
• Develop reports and dashboards in Power BI
• Conduct user training for new capabilities

Requirements:
• 3+ years in a functional analyst or administrator role
• Proficient in platform administration and functional support
• Familiarity with Power BI for report creation
• Strong communication skills for user engagement
• Details-oriented with analytical capabilities
