Key Responsibilities:
• Execute CIMA+’s AI enablement strategy
• Identify AI adoption opportunities with business teams
• Partner with AI Development for practical solutions
• Assist in change management and training initiatives
• Develop guidance, FAQs, and adoption resources

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields
• 7 years IT experience; 3–5 years in AI enablement
• Robust understanding of Generative AI applications
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for all audiences
