Key Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret construction documents and drawings
• Develop budgets for a variety of construction projects




• Prepare and review construction tenders and contracts
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed
• Manage Granite's existing development pipeline

Requirements:
• Minimum of five years in industrial construction
• Knowledge of permits and zoning bylaws
• Experience with Yardi and Procore is a plus
• Ability to negotiate with contractors and stakeholders
• Willing to travel regularly within Canada
