This role is suited for an experienced pharmacist eager to apply their clinical knowledge in a energetic setting. You will interpret and assess medication orders, manage dispensing processes, and engage in patient-focused initiatives. The role includes collaborating with healthcare professionals to address therapy-related challenges and support safe medication practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret and assess medication prescriptions for suitability
• Accurately dispense and label pharmaceuticals
• Facilitate communication among the healthcare team




• Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives
• Support clinical trials and data collection efforts

Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia
• At least one year in a hospital pharmacy preferred
• Encouraged membership in Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists
• Proficient in critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team
