As the Head of Retail, North America, you will oversee Topologie’s retail operations, focusing on performance enhancement and new store launches. Your expertise in multi-unit retail leadership will be critical in developing processes that ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction across the region, and you’ll play a key role in site evaluation and expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategy and daily operations for retail stores
• Oversee P&L; performance and sustainable growth
• Establish operating standards and accountability measures




• Analyze key performance metrics for store success
• Conduct store visits to ensure brand compliance

Requirements:
• Extensive leadership in multi-unit retail environments
• Proven track record of scaling retail operations
• Solid financial acumen and P&L; management experience
• Direct involvement in real estate and store openings
• Experience in premium retail sectors preferred
