As Group Manager, you will oversee a team of 15 professionals, delivering strategic heritage projects and facilitating growth within the sector. Reporting to the Director of Heritage, you’ll apply your leadership and project management experience to enhance our services across BC and Yukon, while mentoring team members and ensuring financial success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project managers in delivering diverse heritage projects
• Mentor team members and support their career development
• Monitor financial performance and implement improvement strategies




• Communicate company policies effectively to the team
• Foster collaboration across different WSP business lines

Requirements:
• 10+ years of relevant consulting experience in archaeology
• Strong people management and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability in business development and client relationship management
• Strategic planning and financial forecasting expertise
• Experience working with Indigenous communities
