Working with customers to help them deploy custom agents into their workflows
Writing a technical post unpacking learnings from a 2-day debugging session
Requirements 4+ years writing high-quality, production code
AI-native - a heavy user of AI agents in day-to-day coding workflows
Experience shipping full-stack product features end-to-end and enjoy moving between design, frontend, backend, and model integration
Interest in developer tooling and opinions about developer ergonomics
Strong communication skills with comfort writing technical content

Hiring Criteria 4+ years engineering experience and have shipped production AI agents that do real things (web scraping, form filling, research automation).
Deep AI literacy and stay current on models (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, open source), frameworks, and techniques.
Strong TypeScript/JavaScript and Python skills and understanding of both web development and AI application patterns.
Are open-source native. You've contributed to or maintained OSS projects.
Design / creative skills (and experience with writing content).
