FortisBC is seeking a Senior Privacy and Compliance leader to oversee the privacy management program within the legal department. The role focuses on privacy, AI, cybersecurity, data governance, and contract support for Information Systems.
You will guide privacy governance, manage regulatory liaison, conduct privacy impact assessments, oversee incident response, and provide legal counsel on evolving privacy laws. A law degree with eight years post-call experience is required.
