What are your contributions to the team?
Identify the needs of the various sectors of the plant and translate them into projects for layout, infrastructure, or facility improvements.
Develop and recommend safe, innovative solutions tailored to the needs of internal clients and operations.
Manage the entire project lifecycle, from needs assessment to commissioning, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
Simultaneously lead multiple projects and initiatives, balancing competing priorities, operational constraints, and company objectives. Act as a central point of contact between internal clients, internal teams, contractors, and management to facilitate decision-making and project execution.




Monitor contractors and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements. Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance the safety, efficiency, and performance of the facilities.
Anticipate risks, constraints, and operational impacts to ensure project success and business continuity.
Effectively communicate project progress, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Manage projects involving the addition, replacement, or relocation of production equipment, infrastructure improvements, workspace design, health and safety, regulatory compliance, and operational optimization.

How to thrive in this role?
You hold a university or college degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
You have at least three (3) years of project management experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
You are results-oriented and recognized for your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in an environment where priorities change rapidly.
You demonstrate excellent organizational skills, autonomy, leadership, and strong problem-solving abilities.
You excel at communication, can easily translate technical information into transparent and understandable terms, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Project; knowledge of AutoCAD or a PMP certification is considered an asset.
You are interested in growing your career in a dynamic and creative work environment.
