This position invites an experienced engineer with a solid background in transmission line engineering to lead projects from design to execution. You will engage in complex conductor selection, routing, and cost analyses while mentoring junior engineers. Collaboration with vendors and clients will be key, along with occasional site travel for meetings and assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design transmission lines across 69kV to 500kV
• Conduct cost analyses and develop design criteria




• Select conductors and perform shielding/grounding studies
• Collaborate with vendors on transmission components
• Direct small project teams and mentor junior staff

Requirements:
• BS degree in accredited engineering program
• 7+ years of transmission line design experience
• Proficiency in PLS-CADD and MS Office
• Knowledge of design codes and standards
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
